While my family has always had a deep fascination with Range Rovers, and we consider ourselves well-informed about them, I sincerely believe that Fred and his wonderful wife, Sandy, are among the most knowledgeable individuals in the field. They may even rival the engineers at Solihul.Recently, we encountered the dreaded timing chain issue with our L405 Range Rover, and Fred went above and beyond to address every concern. Remarkably, he didn't charge for a significant portion of the labor involved in the repair. Now, our car drives as smoothly as it did when it first rolled off the lot. The combination of their competitive prices, warmth, constant communication, and unparalleled expertise truly sets them apart. They deserve 6 out of 5 stars.
